Questions & Answers

Here are some answers to common questions.

Children entering 1st-6th Grades in the 26/27 School Year.

Your kids can choose between Art, Cheerleading, Basketball, and Soccer. Kids will stay in one activity during the entirety of Mega Sports Camp. Also, please provide the necessary gear for the activity your child will participate in. Don't worry, we will definitely remind you!

Gear needed for each activity:

  • Art: Clothes that kids can get messy in.
  • Cheerleading: Comfortable sneakers.
  • Basketball: A basketball and comfortable sneakers.
  • Soccer: A soccer ball, shin guards, cleats, and sneakers (due to weather requiring us to move inside).

To help us reduce the costs to run Mega Sports Camp, we are charging a small fee of $5 per child. This charge will go toward multiple meals, snacks, gear, and fun gifts for your kids. But if you need financial assistance, reach out to Pastor Ronnie at ronnie@parkhillchurch.net

We at Parkhill Church, require anyone who serves in our NextGen Ministries (Kids and Youth Ministries) to comply with routine background checks, interview process with individuals, safety trainings, and we practice a "Zero-Tolerance" policy when individuals disregard our safety standards.

We will also have trained security and medical volunteers on site to ensure that this is a safe place.

We want all children to be in a safe environment so that they can take the necessary risks to grow into incredible people who are moving closer to Jesus. If you want to find out more on how we implement these policies, please email Pastor Ronnie at ronnie@parkhillchurch.net

Absolutely! We never want physical or mental disabilities or children's significantly difficult circumstances to prevent them from fun and an opportunity to know Jesus. As part of our staff, we will have individuals whose role is to care for them on a low child to leader ratio. We want to make sure that they can participate in as many activities as possible. Please provide any necessary details that would help us prepare to serve your child the best. We will follow up with you to see if there is anything else that we can do to support.

  • We are providing dinners for the entire family on Friday and Saturday evenings.
  • Lunch is available for all kids.
  • A morning and afternoon snack will be given on Saturday.

If your child has allergies, please provide that in the allergies section of the registration.
