As the Lead Pastor of Parkhill it's an honor to meet you. We're passionate about moving people into life-giving relationships with God's Word, Spirit, People, and World. Easter is a meaningful time to gather with family and celebrate the hope we have in Jesus. We want to be a place for you and your family belong. Let us know you're coming by clicking the Plan Your Visit button. Can't wait to see you soon.
- Jon Warneke, Lead Pastor
We want to help you apply God’s word to your everyday life and learn to listen to the Holy Spirit.
Kids matter to God, so we make the intentional investment into the next generation. We want your kids to feel safe, loved, and to have a ton of fun.
Music & singing stirs our souls. It’s a foundational piece in helping us connect further with God. But don't worry, its easy to participate and follow along.
Typically, people here at Parkhill wear casual and comfortable outfits, but some might choose to dress a little more formal for Easter. Either way, you're going to look amazing!
All kids from 6 months to 5th grades are going to have an incredible time discovering how Jesus is the king over everything. Parkhill Kids is a safe, fun, friendly place for them to move closer to Jesus. To help speed up your first time registration , click on one of the Plan Your Visit for Easter button above or below.
Our service begins at 10 AM, but you're welcome to come earlier, enjoy free coffee, and connect with others. We have amazing greeters excited to open the door & introduce themselves to you. (P.S. If you're running a little behind, no worries! We can't wait to meet you.)
Our service order typically looks likes this:
Opening welcome & song, then a quick thought from someone on the worship team. Following that a few more songs, and then a time of reflection in communion. Then announcements and a message from Pastor Jon or another teaching team member. Toward the end of the service, there's always an opportunity to respond to the message with prayer and another song. Finally, a quick blessing and dismissal.
Our services typically run between 80-90 minutes.
Absolutely not! We know that every person coming in has a unique story and wrestles with what they believe & know about God. We want Parkhill to be a place where each person feels like they belong and is challenged to see who Jesus is for themselves. With that said, Jesus is central to everything we do. So we do unapologetically celebrate Jesus as our risen King and Savior. If you have questions about this, we would love to have conversations about what it means to follow Jesus.
We are a bible-believing church that believes that Jesus is everything that He said He is, that Holy Spirit is actively working in and through our lives, and that we are called to make a difference. More specifically, we are a part of a group of churches called, The Assemblies of God. Click on the link to learn more about we believe.
